Transcripts

Transcript requests for past or current students should be requested through Parchment, our online transcript service.

Please expect your transcript request to be fulfilled within 3 business days. For additional questions, please contact the school office at the site where you are requesting the transcripts.

Transcript requests for all other schools can be emailed to transcriptrequest@nhusd.k12.ca.us. or visit our district website. Please expect up to 5 business days for these requests to be fulfilled.

To request Student Records and Education Verifications, please email transcriptrequest@nhusd.k12.ca.us. with your formal request for this student information.

Records requests will be fulfilled within 5 business days.

Diplomas:

Diplomas are handed directly to students immediately after the graduation ceremony. Students who do not attend graduation or who do not receive their diploma during the ceremony may pick up their diploma from the school office. Diplomas are unique documents. Conley-Caraballo High School does not issue copies, replacements, or duplicates. In the case of a lost or stolen diploma, alumni may request an Official Transcipt from the Centralized Enrollment Center. To order an academic transcript from New Haven Unified, please download and complete a Transcript Request Form (click on the link) and submit your request form to transcriptrequest@nhusd.k12.ca.us. If you need another way to submit your form please contact Ms. Hollie Carcallas at 510-476-2625. REPLACEMENT DIPLOMAS WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
